The Sleep Easy II mattress has the feel and density of 1.8 foam. The
ticking is a non-woven polyester that meets or exceeds the federal flammability code MVSS 302 that
is finished in a gray and white pinstripe. The cover is permanently sewn on
to the core. The core is produced of 100% densified polyester batting
and is completely recyclable.

ticking is a 4 ounce per square yard 210 denier nylon with a urethane backing that
is finished in two different colors. The cover is permanently sewn on

and is completely recyclable.

The GREEN-CORE mattress is constructed specifically of 100% new
high-density polyester fibers. The polyester fibers are vacuum bonded
for stability and support. With a core weight of 16 ounces per square
foot this densified polyester fiber core is designed to be used as a
mattress core in an institutional setting.
The core is encased
with Mono Loft Pyro-Shield which provides the fire barrier that is so
critical in a commercial setting. A variety of safe, durable, quality
tickings that Bourdon's is known for finishes the GREEN-CORE mattress.

The Life-Safety mattress utilizes a 312-13-6 Bonnell innerspring
complete with the new power edged spring technology and finished with a
six-gauge border rod. Each side of innerspring is supplied with a
permulator, which helps to prevent the upholstery layers from being
forced down into the innerspring unit. We then apply a heavy-duty
insulator pad and multiple layers of upholstery padding to each side.
The unit is then finished with a plush layer of upholstery fibers for
added comfort and encapsulated in our non-toxic fire barrier. The outer covering is then put on using our tape edge or inverted seam stitching with our vinyl material.

Bourdons Life Safety box spring is designed to meet the rigid standards of the commercial market. The metal spring is constructed using 81-coil, 9- gauge unit. The unit shall have a one-piece welded grid top with position leveling coils. The coils are original squiggle base coils and are mounted to 1" X 3" kiln dried spruce base.
The box spring is upholstered with a Fiberlast II insulator pad. Each corner is packed with one half pound of 12% boric acid treated cotton layered felt. The border area is covered with Celestia mattress fire barrier having a width of twenty-two inches. The excess material is equally divided between the top and bottom of the box spring. The non-skid top panel of the box spring cover is sewn to the border ticking which is securely attached to the base of the box spring. The bottom of the box spring has a bond-x dust cover attached and is finished with corner guards. Bourdons offers a number of different tickings, (the border area) to finish the box spring to match your mattress. This model has a triple reinforced 11 ounce per square yard vinyl that is offered in 3 colors.
