After years of research and development Bourdon's is pleased to introduce the GREEN-CORE line of mattresses. The GREEN-CORE mattress is constructed specifically of 100% new high-density polyester fibers. The polyester fibers are vacuum bonded for stability and support. With a core weight of 16 ounces per square foot this densified polyester fiber core is designed to be used as a mattress core in an institutional setting.

The core is encased with Mono Loft Pyro-Shield which provides the fire barrier that is so critical in a commercial setting. A variety of safe, durable, quality tickings that Bourdon's is known for finishes the GREEN-CORE mattress.

This GREEN-CORE mattress is covered in non-woven gray and white pinstripe spun polyester that is finished to confirm to MVSS-302 flammability standards and is not waterproof. The GREEN-CORE mattresses utilize a zipper or sewn closure. Our inverted seam design allows any fluid spilled on the bed to cascade off, not puddle up along a seam area. The inverted seam design helps helps to prevent bed bugs from living in/on the mattress. All the mattress seams are inverted. Also this mattress is about 7" thick.
