Bourdons zippered replacement covers for camp mattresses, are without a doubt the premier covers offered on the market today. The Bio-Pruf covers are constructed of 11 ounce per square yard of triple layered reinforced vinyl laminate. Our covers are designed to wear like iron and to last years.

The vinyl used for the Bio-Pruf, Sleep-Safe and Midnight covers are basically the same. Your decision of which model to buy comes down to your choice of color. They all wear equally as well.

For orders totally less than a dozen please divide the dozen price by ten to obtain the individual cover price.

All order over a dozen (example 15 covers) will be prorated by the dozen price divided by twelve.

Helpful Hints:

We offer the following suggestions when you are applying and maintaining your covers. When putting on a replacement cover we suggest that you organize a large work surface. For example put two dining hall tables together and raise them up. Using a cement block under each leg is usually sufficient to raise the tables so you don't strain your back when putting the covers on. If the mattress you are covering is not growing any mold or fungus leave the cover on. It will slide into the replacement cover much easier. Bourdons covers are heavy enough so that we are sure you will not take them off to wash them in a machine, therefore, when the cover is in place close the zipper and put a spot of super glue behind the slide. This will prevent a camper from trying to remove the cover and will eliminate a place to hide contraband (candy bars, crackers, magazines etc.)

When cleaning a Bourdons cover we suggest that you use a liquid anti-bacterial soap. Using bleach continuously will dry out the vinyl, whether it is Bourdons or any other manufacturer.
