After years of research and development Bourdons is pleased to introduce the GREEN-CORE™ line of mattresses. The GREEN-CORE™ mattress is constructed specifically of 100% new high-density polyester fibers. The polyester fibers are vacuum bonded for stability and support. With a core weight of 16 ounces per square foot this densified polyester fiber core is designed to be used as a mattress core in an institutional setting.

The core is encased with Mono Loft Pyro-Shield which provides the fire barrier that is so critical in a commercial setting. A variety of safe, durable, quality tickings that Bourdons is known for finishes the GREEN-CORE™ mattress.

Covering the GREEN-CORE™ Bio Pruf mattress is our world-renown Bio-Pruf® ticking which is 11-ounce per square yard, triple-layered reinforced vinyl laminate that is blue and white ACA striped and waterproof. The GREEN-CORE™ mattresses are finished with a lock stitch inverted closure. This unique design allows any fluid spilled on the bed to cascade off, not puddle up along a seam area. All the mattress seams are inverted.
